Improving angler access - Aringa Reservoir track upgrade Print E-mail
Written by Scott Gray

After receiveing a $22,000 funding from Fisheries Victoria as part of their 'Improving angler access' grants program Fishcare has facilitated the upgrade of the access track to Aringa Reservoir, situated near Port Fairy in Southwest Victoria.  The reservoir is an excellent stocked trout and redfin fishery and the upgrade now enables anglers to access the reservoir by vehicle all year round.  This project is a great outcome for the private landholder, Fisheries Victoria, Parks Victoria and both local and visiting recreational anglers alike.
